///PHILIP DAVIS - FOUNDER & CEO

Following years at top New York ad agencies, Philip joined Dom Camera & Company as Vice President. While there he built the “unwired” television network division into a major competitor in the marketplace with new marketing initiatives, strategic alliances, and innovative sales techniques. After 16 years, and attaining the roles of President and COO, he left to start a new venture: Creative Solutions International, which brought new businesses, brands and services to market.  His expertise in design and implementation of data driven strategic solutions increased the Advertising and Marketing efficiencies, ROI, and optimized vendor relationships and support. In 2013 Philip moved his family to Florida.  Shortly thereafter he joined Chumney and Associates, an automotive marketing and advertising firm, where he oversaw the buying/media strategy for 15+ automotive dealerships around the country. 

Philip has broad general business experiences and knowledge across many disciplines including partnership development, strategic planning, marketing/advertising, product management and P&L Management that has given him demonstrable knowledge and deep sourcing experiences in Media, both traditional and digital.

Outside of his professional experience, Philip is particularly gratified by a non-profit community program he started back in 2005. He founded the New Canaan Flag Football League, an NFL-sponsored youth initiative. Along with several dedicated mothers and fathers, the NCFFL began its first season with just 36 boys on four teams. In one year, the League more than doubled in size to 80 kids. As of the 2019 season there were over 360 players (boys and girls) and 80 volunteer coaches. It is recognized as the most successful youth program in town history.

Philip lives in Delray Beach, Florida with his wife Michele. They have three grown children who have flown the coop, enjoying successful careers of their own.
